One of the big successes of Rilton Castle is Ash Farm, which is totally organic. The free range chickens produce fine eggs and the birds are very popular for their taste and depth of flavour. The Happy Thatcher only serves chicken from Ash Farm and it is one of the most popular items on the menu.
