All crime novels are about who done it and often focus on how they done it! I'm very interested in why they done it...
The motive behind a crime is fascinating to me. Why one person kills in a certain set of circumstances while another person might walk away. The emotions of jealousy, fear of being caught, boredom, panic, lust...they can be offered as reasons for crimes but we all feel those emotions at times without all of us turning to crime.
Boredom seems to be a popular reason nowadays and could be the reason behind the crime in the first book, Country Life. Or is it?
