I always thought Mike would have looked a bit like this when he was eighteen or nineteen...the whole surfer bit. His voice isn't too posh but neither is it that fake estuary accent so many rich kids adopt to sound cool. His childhood as such was dominated by taking care of his mother and his twin nephews from the age of sixteen so he didn't have much time to go play.
