Alistair Pine is the Headmaster of Rilton Castle School, a few minutes from Rilton Castle village. Mike went to school there and the school in a major employer of local people. It is obviously based on Milton Abbey School where I went, a popular location for BBC dramas such as 'To serve them all my days' and 'Tom Brown's Schooldays'. It is a stunning place to have lived in for five years.
